- The above cancellation charges include various direct and indirect expenses incurred for preparation and operation of the tour.
- Illa Tours is not liable to give any details or bifurcation of the tour price or the cancellation charge.
- Any refund payable to the guest as per the Cancellation Policy will be paid within 10 working days of receiving the final confirmation of cancellation request from the guest.
